300 Entertainment is an independent record label based in NYC. In February 2019 we began what would become an ambitious renovation project to our office in Flatiron; one which would displace our entire 40-person team from our home for the 3 months to follow. After looking around at various co-working spaces in the area, we decided that ultimately a WeWork-type “one size fits all” approach would not be a fitting pied a terre for our type of company. We were fortunate enough to be referred to GreenlightGo by a friend familiar with the company, and the timing luckily worked out as such that they were able to accommodate a group of our size on short notice.
From the early conversations with John and Amy, it was clear that the space and team were the right fit for our home-away-from-home. Spatially, the shared office was laid out efficiently and the working environment was both accommodating and homey. Logistically, the GreenlightGo team was helpful and highly communicative with our team as well as co-tenants about day-to-day operations and expectations — from facilitating move-in to allocating refrigerator space, this is a team that truly understands the the minutiae of real-life co-working beyond a simple desk count.
With only one week to go before move out, we only have good things to say about our experience here and would definitely recommend GreenlightGo to companies large and small looking for space.
